The steel output of Shandong Province ranks third in the country, with huge demand for scrap and abundant resources. Luli Group is located in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, with superior geographical location and convenient land and sea transportation. it is the first waste resources recycling base to be built, and the country's first long-distance, intelligent and unmanned metering model has a leading advantage in the industry. it has the ability to operate 3 million tons of scrap steel annually. Ouye chain Gold is a first-class subsidiary of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group, which belongs to the important pillar industry of resources and environment in China's Baowu "one base five yuan". Luli Group and Ouye chain Gold complement each other, share the platform, and lay out the metal renewable resources market in Shandong Province, which is in line with China's Baowu network strategic layout of "along the Yangtze River, bending the bow and building a sword". It is also a major measure to expand and strengthen the industrial chain of recycling economy of waste resources, enrich the vitality of the service system of green iron and steel ecosystem, and share the development of urban mineral resources.
Taking the access conditions of scrap steel processing industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the standard, the joint venture company introduces the financial trading platform of Ouye chain gold supply chain to establish the base of scrap steel processing and distribution center of Ouye chain Gold (East China). To build a modern and standardized advanced network information operation system based on big data risk control management and real-time image monitoring and inspection of various resource points. Based on the protection and utilization of scrap metal in the metallurgical plate of Luli Group, a cluster of recycling, processing, warehousing, logistics, sales and distribution of renewable resources in and around Shandong Province has been set up. The first phase of the project achieves an annual processing and distribution of 6 million tons of scrap metal.
